  • The Exchange is a Leadership Development Program where small groups (approximately 8-10) of leaders from different organizations connect for 90 minute Zoom sessions each week for 12 weeks. This cadence is designed to maximize learning and provides an opportunity to apply strategies in between sessions and accommodates busy schedules. Participants gain invaluable insights from curated research, progressive leadership strategies and diverse perspectives. They will also have the chance to share common challenges and solve problems together through facilitated conversations. The primary goal is to create a safe, professional space for leaders to evolve their leadership skills, grow their professional networks and navigate leadership together in our modern day.

  • The Exchange offers numerous benefits for both individuals and organizations. It provides an essential platform for learning critical mindsets and skills necessary to excel in the rapidly evolving professional landscape. The foremost advantage lies in its commitment to creating a professional yet secure environment that promotes open and honest dialogue. This setting enables leaders to engage in frank discussions about real-world challenges, free from the usual reservations that hinder such conversations in typical workplace settings.

    The Exchange is designed to facilitate discussions that lead to insights and alternative perspectives that stem from the collective experiences and wisdom of various industry participants.   • Participation in The Exchange Program is priced at $3,750 for each attendee. Organizations sending multiple participants or who sign up for multi-year commitments are eligible for discounts.

Information shared within The Exchange sessions are treated as confidential and only used for the purposes of learning and development within the program.
