Examples include self-assessments, personality, emotional intelligence, work style, leadership style, leadership capabilities/skills, team effectiveness, conflict resolution, change readiness, strength-based, multi-rater feedback sharing, and many more. Pricing varies based on the assessment(s) selected.

  • We begin by understanding your organization's unique culture and objectives to define what success looks like for you. Through collaboration, we identify and/or define leadership capabilities, ensuring the program is tailored to your specific needs. This sets the stage for a customized or semi-customized development journey, which generally involves Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading Organization.

  • We support the process of conducting key stakeholder interviews and obtaining curated research to develop a strong data-driven business case for leadership development specific to your organization. We also assist with crafting employee communications and creating welcome packages to ensure effective change management, early participant engagement and a smooth onboarding process for the program.

  • We often facilitate or co-facilitate with your in-house employees. If we are not facilitating, we offer train-the-trainer support and detailed materials/talking points to ensure a successful delivery.

  • We measure pre- & post-program outcomes through surveys. We also support key metrics that reveal return on investment and comprehensive summaries that share progress and successes with the program Sponsor(s) and other executives. Lastly, we conclude any engagement with a sponsor wrap up session that supports the continued momentum of your leadership development efforts.
