Privacy Policy for Clients:
As a client of UpSpiral Leadership®, we understand that you may share sensitive and confidential information with us. We take this trust very seriously and have implemented measures to protect your privacy and the confidentiality of your information. We collect personal information from clients to provide coaching services and develop customized coaching plans. This information may include your name, contact information, employment history, and other sensitive information. We collect this information through secure channels and keep it confidential, sharing it only with authorized personnel who have a legitimate need to access it.
We may also collect information from individuals who participate in surveys or assessments conducted on behalf of our clients, including feedback about leadership traits, team dynamics, and workplace effectiveness. UpSpiral surveys are administered through a secure third‑party service provider, Agolix, which processes data only on our behalf and under strict confidentiality and security obligations. Depending on the survey design and client agreement, responses may be shared with the client organization in aggregated, de‑identified, or individual‑level form, as described in the project scope and any accompanying survey notice.
Data Security:
We have implemented physical, electronic, and managerial measures to safeguard the confidentiality and security of personal information collected from employees and clients. We use encryption, firewalls, and other security technologies to protect against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information. Our employees are trained in the importance of maintaining confidentiality and are required to sign confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment.
Data Retention:
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide coaching services and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely dispose of it.
Data Disclosure:
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal information collected from employees or clients to third parties unless required by law or authorized by the employee or client. We may share personal information with authorized third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing or IT support. These service providers are required to protect the confidentiality and security of personal information and are prohibited from using personal information for any other purpose.
Changes to the Privacy Policy:
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we will notify employees and clients of significant changes that may affect their rights or obligations under this policy.
