UpSpiral Leadership® was founded in April 2016 by three women who saw an opportunity to create an alternative approach to Leadership, Coaching, and Consulting. Using cognitive-behavioral theories, emotional intelligence research, and cutting-edge discoveries in neuroscience, they created a conscious leadership framework — the UpSpiral — that serves clients beyond the boundaries of the work environment.
